Easy e-transfer instructions

  • Access your online banking
  • Select your desired bank account
  • Choose ‘INTERAC e-Transfer’
  • Access the ‘Manage contacts’ option
  • Select ‘New contact’ to add Yonge Street Mission to your list of recipients / payees
  • Type in “Yonge Street Mission” for contact name, and use info@ysm.ca when asked to enter the email address
  • For the security question, we suggest: “Location of YSM’s head office?” Answer: 306gerrard
  • Include your full name, mailing, and email addresses in the message section to receive a charitable tax receipt
  • Send e-Transfer

NB: Note we have not turned on the Autodeposit option, as we wish to maintain another layer of security.

 

Once the INTERAC e-Transfer is completed, you’ll receive a confirmation email from your bank referencing YSM has received your donation. Your charitable tax receipt will be emailed to you, at the email used, within one week of your donation being processed.
