We offer a range of pre-employment skills training opportunities to improve your confidence in entering into an interview and succeeding in a workplace setting. These include career exploration and goal setting, resume building, interview preparation, workplace etiquette, and job search support. We also provide basic computer and digital literacy training and can support you in obtaining certifications such as CPR and Food Handling to equip you with the qualifications employers are looking for.

Once we receive your inquiry a YSM Team Member will be in touch. An initial conversation will help us to understand your needs and goals and determine the best way for YSM to support and assist you in preparing for work. Classes and workshops vary depending on the time of year.
