YSM’s Nursery program offers baby supplies, personal support and educational workshops for parents aged 16–29. Our nursery includes a children’s activity space custom designed to keep babies and children happy while their parents are using Evergreen services.

Monday to Thursday; 12:00p.m. – 5:00p.m.
Friday; 12:00p.m. – 4:00p.m. or by appointment

Eligibility:
To qualify for YSM’s Nursery support you must be between 16–24 years old. For parents involved in YSM Care Management or other goal setting programs, eligibility increases to 29 years of age.
What to expect:
The nursery is located within YSM’s Evergreen Center for Youth. Upon arrival check in with the front desk. A staff person will ask a few questions to get to know you, and will determine the services and supports most suitable to meet your and your baby’s needs. An elevator and stroller parking are available.
