Yonge Street Mission (YSM)’s Workforce Development team offers valuable services to both community members and employer partners.

We journey with community members to provide customized employment skills training, job search assistance, and additional YSM support as a foundation for achieving meaningful income. Services are available by drop-in or appointment for youth and adults and one of YSM’s two locations (see below).

We work with employer partners to connect them with a diverse talent pool and provide the necessary support and incentives to facilitate a smooth onboarding process as well as employee retention.
