About:
We provide one-on-one and group job readiness and employment training to help you reach your employment goals. We offer specialized services for youth, adults, and newcomers that includes resume creation, interview preparation, and career development. We also offer job placement opportunities and support in maintaining employment.
Hours:
Monday to Friday; 9:00a.m. – 5:00p.m.
Drop-in: Tuesday to Thursday; 12:30p.m. – 4:30p.m.
Drop-in Employment Services are also available Mondays, 1:00 – 3:30 pm, at St. James Town Community Corner, 200 Wellesley St. East.

Eligibility:
Any resident of Ontario is able to receive general information from us about finding work.
To access one-on-one supports:
- Resident of Ontario
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
- Unemployed (<20 hrs per week)
- Not in full-time education or training
- Provide government Issued ID and Social Insurance Number (Originals Only)
What to expect:
In Person: Check in at reception and ask for an Employment Counsellor.
By Phone or Email : Give us a call or send us a note. An Employment Counsellor will follow up with you.
An intake interview will help us get to know you: your past work history, education or any barriers you are facing to that we can direct you toward the services best suited for you.
