Cornerstone Care Management provides restorative and preventative support to families involved with Child Welfare through an Anti-Black Racism (ABR) lens so that you and your family become community-connected, independent, stable, and healthy.

What to expect:
Upon referral, staff will arrange a mutually convenient time for an initial 1–1.5 hours intake conversation. During this first meeting you will be able to share your story, describe the supports you are looking for and the goals you have for yourself and your family. Ongoing regular meetings between you and your Care Manager are held in person and virtually for an average period of 6–18 months.

YSM Access program provides relational and family safe reunion spaces for parents involved with Child Welfare who have court ordered visitation with their children.
Parenting classes
Are you interested in improving your parenting skills? YSM offers 6 week group-based workshops throughout the year, for parents with children aged 0-18.
Man-2-Man
A monthly facilitated peer-support group of male caregivers gathering for mutual support and learning.
Family-2-Family
Families participate in mentoring that models healthy family dynamics and lifestyles, while building positive relationships with others, to encourage growth and learning.
