YSM is committed to ending long-term poverty in Toronto in a generation.

One of the ways we are helping people rise out of poverty is by building the capacity of communities through a systematic and intentional approach to community development. Our community development team has developed 4 tools to equip residents, grassroots groups, agency partners and faith communities to join us on the journey of ending long-term poverty.
