About:
The Evergreen Dental Clinic provides compassionate and non-judgmental dental services to vulnerable youth 16 to 24 years old. All services are free and confidential. For verification of age, patients can bring any identification (OHIP preferred) or confirmation of identity.

Drop in: Monday to Friday; 12:30p.m. – 4:30p.m.
Morning availability by appointment only.

Eligibility:
To qualify for YSM’s Dental support you must be between 16–29 years old and experiencing multiple and complex barriers. Youth older than 24 years old can only be enrolled when referred internally or by a social worker.
What to expect:
Dental services are provided by volunteer dental professionals and dentistry students. Services offered include: exams, cleaning, x-rays, fillings, root canals, extractions, night guards, crowns, surgery, partial dentures, and more. Services are offered based on the discretion of the provider and vary day to day.
