About:
Our Employment Counsellors provide individualized support based on your needs. This helps job seekers to find and keep employment. This includes resume creation, interview preparation, basic computer and digital literacy training, and career development. We also offer job placement opportunities and support in maintaining employment.

9:00a.m. – 5:00p.m.
Drop-in Employment Services are also available Mondays, 1:00p.m – 3:30p.m., at St. James Town Community Corner, 200 Wellesley St. East.

Eligibility:
- Resident of Ontario
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
- Unemployed (<20 hrs per week)
- Not in full-time education or training
- Provide government Issued ID and Social Insurance Number (Originals Only)
What to expect:
In Person: Check in at reception and ask for an Employment Counsellor.
By Phone or Email: Give us a call or send us a note. Employment Counsellor will follow up with you.
An intake interview will help us get to know you: your past work history, education or any barriers you are facing to that we can direct you toward the services best suited for you.
